We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange the demo or call you asked for.
- To prepare a proposal or quote if you ask for one.
- To deliver and support work we do for you as a client.
We use your data only for these purposes. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it to send you marketing you did not ask for.
Legal basis
We process your data because you asked us to contact you (your consent), to take steps before entering into a contract with you, and, for clients, to perform our contract.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is delivered to our team by email. We use trusted service providers to host this website and our email, and they process data only on our instructions. If you message us on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok, those platforms handle your data under their own privacy policies. We only disclose data to authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months if you do not become a client. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires, for example for tax and accounting purposes.
How we protect it
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to help you.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you have the right to:
- be told how your data is used;
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- object to or withdraw consent for its use.
